different to everyone else's?
We pride ourselves on our small groups, friendly atmosphere and
excellent teaching.
We have no more than 6
people
to one session
You will always be given
resources to take home
You will receive free full email
support for up to 6 weeks after completing the course.
Refreshments provided lunch included.
Because we insist on small class sizes you learn
at a much faster pace than in a conventional class, also we teach
you the skills you need to know, not how to pass an exam.
All courses must be paid for in advanced, payment
can be made by PayPal, credit card or cheque. Accounts can be
created for businesses please phone to discuss this.
Once you have booked a place you will
receive a confirmation email with full details of your course.
Cancellation charges
Cancellations can be very costly, we are force to charge you 100% of
the fees for any courses cancelled within a week of the course.
50% of the fees will be charged for cancellations in less than 2
weeks.
For genuine illness absences a percentage of the fee may be
reimbursed this must be negotiated directly with the course
organiser.
If Optimum Learning have to cancel a course for any reason a full
refund will be given. Or alternative date(s) agreed.
Remember we can also come to you, training can also take place on
your site either using our laptops or your own computers.
This is
just a selection of the courses we offer. If there is something specific
you need, ask! We can put specialised courses together for groups and
organisations, discount available for voluntary organisations and
charities.
